Pad Thai was developed in Los Angeles, forget what you know about pad thai with ketchup and paprika. Try this one - you love it long time.

Pad See Ew
Typhoon restaurant in Portland, Oregon inspired this classic thai dish. Blackbean sauce, egg, broccoli, salty-sweet-spicy(ish). This is a fun dish to try out the spice rack with.

Pad Kee Mow*
Known in certain circles as drunken noodle. Oyster sauce. Thai chile. Thai basil. Wide noodles. Owner brought this household dish back from Krung Thep, Thailand.

Rad Na*
This is a must on any thai menu. Thick thai gravy made from braised chicken. Rice flake noodles. Fresh vegetables.

G-13**
Very rich and flavorful. Rice flake noodles in a coconut kaffir curry reduction with vegetables.

Spicy Noodles* **
Its spicy - you cannot send this back because its too spicy - deal with it - wide noodles and vegetables, we like it and hope you do.

COCONUT MILK CURRY DISHES

All curry dishes are served with Thai jasmine rice, fresh muir farm vegetables and contain palm sugar from Thailand - not white sugar from Florida - you will taste the difference.

Kang Garee** v
Sweet yellow curry, fresh vegetables, potatoes and cinnamon - an all around curry for anyone.

Masaman**
This dish was originally brought to Thailand by Indian traders - means muslim curry tamarind. House roasted peanuts and vegetables.

Panang* **
Red curry. Kaffir leaves. Mushrooms. Hints of coriander with a good kick. Recipe learned on the dirt roads of Phi Phi Island.

Evil Jungle Prince*
Kaffir/red bell pepper reduction with broccoli, thai chile and thai basil. Limited release - please ask your server for availability.

Lemongrass Ginger* **
Made with the use of the ultimate thai tool - mortar and pestle. Lots of delicious flavor limited release - please ask your server for availability.

Kang Kwio Wan* **
Green curry with citrus notes, green tomatoes and tlc. (Our top selling curry!)

FRIED RICE

The owner learned this on a train ride from Chiang Mai to Bangkok - the only thing missing in our kitchen is the hole in the floor for the egg shells.
(Order it volcano style and we will add chile paste)

Pineapple v
The foo foo drink of fried rice. A bit sweet and yummy with raisins and cashews - go ahead - order it 3 stars!

Lemongrass
This dish contains neither lemon nor grass. It has a fragrant awesomeness that compels one to shout out “alloy”!

Prik King*
Jasmine rice wok fried with egg, vegetables, red curry paste. Comes with lime to cut through the heat.

We took the fish sauce out in 2001 and added wasabi! Garlic, siracha, thai chile. A true non-classic.

Pineapple juice, OJ, triple sec and Barbados rum. Shep says yes!

Thaigarita 7
Sauza, triple sec, pineapple and lime juice with a coconut milk floater. World famous in our minds sub patron and get $3 extra on your bill for free. Aka Trinarita.

Painkiller 7
Cuz everybody hurts, sometimes. PR rum. The other OJ and a coconut milk floater.

Thai Russian 7
Vanilla stoli (Russia), Kahlua (Mexico), Coconut Milk (Thailand). Nobody calls me Lebowski. You got the wrong guy. I’m the Dude, man.

Thai Lemonade 7
Absolut citron (Sweden) - fresh lemonade. Muddled with green mint and soda water - like a swedish/thai message for the senses.

Ginger Snap 14
Take some fresh giner, give it some mortar and pestle time. Add copious amounts of grey goose and cointreau (that expensive orange liquor), sugared rim, fresh lemon and bam - the best drink you ever had or your money back (then we kick you out).

Cranberry and grey goose. Scrumptious. Take away the cranberry and it’s straight.

Bigglesworth Typhoon 18
